ScrollCut ("the app", "we") takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what your rights are.

Almost all of your data stays on your device: the apps you block, your blocking schedules, your time budget, your progress and your companion. This information is not sent to our servers.

ScrollCut uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to block apps. In accordance with Apple's rules, Screen Time data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

To improve the app, we use PostHog to measure app usage in an aggregated way (for example: onboarding steps, features used). This data is pseudonymized and cannot personally identify you. We do not collect your name, your contacts, or the content of your apps.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store and by our provider RevenueCat, which processes your subscription status. We never have access to your payment information: it is managed exclusively by Apple.

We do not sell your data. It is only shared with the providers strictly necessary for the app to work (PostHog, RevenueCat, Apple), under their own privacy policies.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below. Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on your device.
